Eliza was here is a large Dutch OTA (Online Travel Agency), positioned as a ‘barefoot’ travel blog. As a consultant, I was asked advise on all messaging for the UK market.

This meant acting as the final eyes on all customer facing comms from email through to social media. I also worked with the website team to improve the UX of the booking flow.

This reduced the drop rate and improved conversion.
